Julio Fernandez

Mr. Fernandez has been a pioneer in online marketing for over a decade. He started his career in 1992 with The Miami Herald newspaper before moving on to his position as Director of Global Marketing for database leader Oracle Corporation from 2000 – 2008. From there Mr. Fernandez became a Senior Partner with Ogilvy & Mather, a global advertising, marketing and public relations agency from 2008 – 2012. During these years, he spent time on the Google Technology Council working directly with Google engineers, providing input and feedback to their projects. Mr. Fernandez is a founding partner and vice president of analytics for SocialShelfspace.com, a marketing agency that combines search engine optimization with influencer outreach and social technologies to deliver measurable effects. He brings together the latest knowledge, tools, and methods from the world of search engine marketing and social media to help clients develop comprehensive programs and improve their social shelf space.

Seth Hill’s Snowboarding Road to Sochi

Seth Hill made his first impact on the professional snowboard tour when he finished sixth competing in the Grand Prix Slopestyle in Mammoth Mountain in 2010. This past winter Seth came in sixth in the Burton European Open. In 2012, Hill received the high honor of being named Snowboarder Magazine Superpark Standout.

Speed skaters will compete in a World Cup event Nov. 15-17 and bobsled and skeleton athletes will contest one Dec. 6-7. The speed skating and short-track trials will take place from Dec. 26 to Jan. 5 at the Utah Olympic Oval in Kearns.
